Overview

Electric Lake is a high-elevation reservoir in central Utah, surrounded by forested slopes and cooler mountain air. It has a quieter, more remote feel than many Wasatch Front waters and is best known as a dependable trout destination.

Electric Lake is primarily a trout fishery, with rainbow trout being the main draw. Shore anglers do well early in the season, while boats and float tubes help reach deeper water later on.
